Hi Lasses spoke to most of you on Sunday but wanted to make sure everyone knew about my decision to leave and more importantly my reasoning for this. As most of you know i am due to start at Loughborough for my P.E teacher training course and i am going to move to Loughborough in order to this. This is obviously an important year for me and i cant afford to mess it up. I have thought long and hard about this decision and im sure you will understand. I will not pretend that being on the bench hasn't influenced my decision as it is a long way to travel when your not playing. Overall though i can't commit myself 100% . But would just like to thank all of you for a great time at RULFC and an awesome pre season i loved every minute of it. Don't forget about me for the Newcastle trip X LOL and i will come to watch you as many times as i can x

Well yesterday i got cramp 3 times, once trying to get changed, once getting out of the car (jess found it hysterical), and once when i was in bed! I couldnt move last night, i just laid there, in bed from about 8.00pm, but today im fine!!! Apart from my wasp sting.

Guess what, i cant believe it, im NOT aching! Im so suprised im not after not playing for 5 weeks!!! Got stung by a wasp today, it kills. I was hoping to have a reaction then I could have some days off work! Obviously, I would of have been fit to play on Wednesday. One last thing before I leave - BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BELIEVE IN THE TEAM.
