Hi! All,
It was lovely to see you all Sunday and the session JC took looked really good.Seemed to me that you all enjoyed yourself and I'm sure you got a lot out of the instructions given.
Sorry I didn't spend the time to talk to you all more, but I felt it was better for me to keep my distance. You all were very busy and it didn't seem right that I got in the way, at any time during and after your session.
Keep up the good work and I'll see you again soon.

Just want to say how impressed i have been so far with you all at training. We are looking better every session. I know its hard work but we will reap the rewards when the season starts.
Lets keep it going and you who haven't been attending regular, you need to make a big effort and get yourselves there!!!!!  |

Great session again tonight lasses
I have been well impressed with our sessions so far.
We must remember how lucky we are to have such an awesome coaching team in Bev, Julie and Jo.
All we need to do now is give them the Quality they are asking for in everything we do. |

What a training session girlies. But it will pay off for the start of the season I thought you all put in a really good effort. Claire (new lass) showed us all what commitment you need to stay in this league.
If you want to stay here you know what hard work needs to be done and am proud of you all.  |
