maybe a video camera would have been more appropriate yesterday, could have done some good fund raising via you've been framed :sigh

Jess your a muppet!....... Stop being so hard on yourself. You didn't do bad at all last night and it was tough for you guys in the middle cause you were having to concentrate on about 10 things at once and didn't get a rest.... Get your chin up girl - the training is there for us to make mistakes so we can get it right on the pitch. you did better than you think :p xx

:grin Yeah was quality yesterday girls Julie and Jo were well impressed with our fitness. Just gotta work on our quality now. Me, Leanne and Kt are gonna be at Rawmarsh at 6:15 on Thursday to practice some passing (Short, long, drilled etc) if you fancy come along, bring a footy if ya can.

Totally agree with you Bop. Everyone improved at the fitness yesterday, and it was hot, windy, oh and about 10meters longer than last time!!!!!!! :? Moving house 2moz, so wont be at training, but i will see you Thursday. Have fun.xxx

fitness 2day really proved how worth it all the hard work is, and i think we would have done even better if it hadnt been so hot!! c u all tues x :p

Just woke up this morning, and my calfs feel like they are about to snap off, coz of all that sprinting we did on Thursday. I cant walk properly!!!!!
