Althought the Millers came away from last weeks game at Preston North End empty handed, many plus's were taken in by the players and management at Rotherham. The young Rotherham side were unlucky not to take the lead in the first half, with 2 goals disallowed and chances missed by individuals. The experienced Preston side came out much stronger in the 2nd half and started to play around Rotherham. The belief from the Millers players dropped as openings were rare, and 2 goals were conceeded in the last 20mins.
